On the first Sunday of each month, I send out a Navigate Newsletter covering a particular theme or flavour - unfortunately not chocolate, more like Dementia, Advance Care Directives or Funding Changes. These newsletters keep things simple (like all things should be on a Sunday) and are perfectly paired with a cuppa tea and a biccie on the couch.
